My artist residency at In Cahoots in Petaluma, CA was my first foray into the world since sheltering in place. I was exploring shape, form and color as a path back from isolation, grief, loss and illness. Embracing chance and choice; stillness and movement; conceptual and material; reality and dreams - these mono prints are a collage of the seen and the unseen. This work focused on the nuanced and shifting layers of my recent existence. I was experimenting with forms that had open spaces and many layers to look through as I am peeling back the curtain of time that has enveloped me.
